The extension isn't showing on OnlyFans
Check three things: you're signed in at naughtii.com, the extension has access to onlyfans.com (click the Naughtii icon in your toolbar — it will offer an Enable on OnlyFans button if not), and you have a chat open. Full walkthrough on How it works.
Billing, plans and cancelling
Everything lives under Dashboard → Billing: choose or switch plans, update your card, download invoices, or cancel (your plan runs to the end of the paid period).
