Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Naughtii is operated by Outthinkr Ltd ("Naughtii", "we", "us"), a company registered in the United Kingdom. These terms govern your use of naughtii.com, the Naughtii DM Assistant browser extension, and any other Naughtii tools (together, the "Service").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Service. The Service is intended for adult content creators managing their own businesses.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or that we reasonably believe are being misused.

4. The Service

Naughtii provides AI-assisted drafting tools. All AI output is a suggestion: you decide what to send, and you are solely responsible for messages you send and content you publish on any third-party platform. Naughtii does not send messages on your behalf.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with the terms of any third-party platform you use it alongside. Naughtii is not affiliated with OnlyFans or Fenix International Limited.

4a. Your fans' messages: our role as your processor

When you ask for reply suggestions, excerpts of the conversation you are viewing - your fan's messages and your own - pass through our systems so the suggestions can be drafted. That conversation is your business correspondence: for it, you are the data controller and Naughtii acts as your processor under UK GDPR. This section is our data processing agreement with you and applies for as long as you use the Service.

As your processor, we commit that we:

  • process conversation data only on your instructions - each generation request is the instruction - and only to draft the suggestions you asked for and operate the Service, never for advertising, profiling, or training AI models;
  • process it transiently: it is held in memory to serve your request and is not stored, as described in our Privacy Policy;
  • protect it with the security measures described in our Privacy Policy and limit access to people bound by confidentiality;
  • tell you without undue delay if we become aware of a personal data breach affecting it, and give you reasonable help with data protection obligations that concern the Service, including if a fan exercises their rights;
  • delete anything we hold for you when your account closes, in line with our Privacy Policy; and
  • make available the information reasonably needed to show we meet these commitments.

You instruct and authorise us to use these sub-processors, each bound by written terms that protect your data to a comparable standard, to deliver the Service:

  • xAI (United States) - the AI provider that drafts your suggestions. Conversation excerpts and, from the iPhone shortcut, chat screenshots are sent to xAI to fulfil each request, with the international transfer safeguards UK GDPR requires;
  • Vercel (United States) - hosting and compute; requests transit its infrastructure and nothing is stored there; and
  • Supabase (United Kingdom) - our database and authentication, hosted in London. It holds your account and profile, never your fans' conversations.

Separate providers handle your own account rather than fan conversations: Stripe (payments), Resend (service emails, sent from EU infrastructure) and PostHog (product analytics, EU-hosted, never fan content). We will notify registered users before adding or replacing a sub-processor that handles conversation data; if you do not agree with a change, you can stop using the Service and close your account.

As the controller, you are responsible for using the assistant lawfully where you operate: Naughtii drafts suggestions for conversations you are a party to, and must not be pointed at correspondence you have no right to process.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • break the law or infringe the rights of others;
  • generate content involving minors, non-consent, or any illegal content;
  • harass, defraud, or mislead any person;
  • probe, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service or its security measures;
  • resell or share access to the Service without our written consent.

6. Free trial and fees

Every new account includes a free trial (currently one month from registration) with no payment details required; the trial carries the same monthly generation allowance as the Creator plan. After the free period, continued use of reply generation requires a paid subscription, billed monthly in advance through our payment provider, Stripe. You will never be charged without your explicit agreement, you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period, and your account and data remain accessible even if you don't subscribe. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties, and features may change or be withdrawn.

6a. Fair usage

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of reply generations that resets with your billing cycle, and every plan is intended for one creator's personal, human-driven use. To protect the Service for everyone we may throttle, contact you about, or in serious cases suspend usage that indicates automated, bulk, or shared-account access. We will always reach out before taking action against a good-faith account.

7. Intellectual property

We own the Service and its branding. You own your profile information and the content you create. You grant us the limited licence needed to operate the Service (for example, sending your profile and conversation excerpts to our AI provider to generate your suggestions).

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naughtii is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses arising from third-party platforms' actions (including account restrictions they may impose). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination we delete your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
